What do Foreigners Eat in Japan?

Steph and I eat and discuss our favorite Japanese food at WATAMI.

Some of the things we eat and discuss are:

Daikon Salad – 大根サラダ

Gyoza (Pot Stickers) – 餃子

Shrimp and Avocado Summer Rolls(with Bean Curd Skin) – えびとアボカドの湯葉春巻

Scallops and Mushrooms in Butter – ほたてとしめじバター

Sushi: Shrimp, Tuna, Salmon, Squid, Octopus, Sea Urchin – すし:えび、まぐろ、鮭、いか、たこ、うに

Raw Horsemeat – 馬刺し

(Pork-Based) Ramen – とんこつラーメン

Bonito Flakes – かつお節
