In a recent report, the Kaplan English language school in Edinburgh, Scotland was rated as the current best language school in Scotland.
The report was done by Education Scotland, an Executive Agency of the Scottish Government which is responsible for improving Scotland’s education system.
In the July 2012 report, the following was stated:
Kaplan International College Edinburgh is effective:
• Learners are progressing well and achieving relevant, high quality outcomes;
• The college has in place high quality learning and teaching processes; and
• The college has in place effective leadership for learning and teaching and quality culture.
The Principal at Kaplan International College Edinburgh said, “This recent recognition of the dedication and drive of the Edinburgh staff to ensure an experience of a lifetime for all our students is well deserved praise.
“Providing excellent customer services is at the heart of Kaplan. We put students first and this is felt from the moment they decide to study with us to the last day of their course and beyond. At the Edinburgh College students are assured of a warm Scottish welcome!”
The Edinburgh branch, after increasing their classrooms from seven to twenty, recently became the city’s largest adult learning center in one location.
The school also offers a very popular English course which runs in line with the Edinburgh Festival. The course focuses on arts-related English and teaches international students vocabulary from the Festival as well as writing reviews.
