英語を上達していますか?時間をよく使っていますか?

If your answer to this question is “No”, the reason might be one word: FOCUS. Don’t worry; you’re not alone. I often wonder if the time I’m spending is helping me to achieve my goals. To solve this issue we have to look at your GOALS and then confirm that your actions are in line with them.

For example, if your goal is to become a better e-mail writer in English, then watching a CNN news podcast may not be the most helpful thing to do. Practice writing a little bit everyday and get feedback on your writing.

STUDY–PRACTICE–PERFORM

Remember, you need a balance of INPUT and OUTPUT. In our e-mail example, STUDY good e-mail examples in English and then PRACTICE writing on your own. Get feedback from your teacher and repeat this process until you are ready to PERFORM when you need to accomplish the real task.

Follow this pattern and you will see instant improvement!
